Supplier Certifications

Cruise lines, tour operators, and resort brands all offer free certification programs — and they're worth completing. Certified advisors earn higher commissions and get priority support from supplier BDMs. We guide you toward the certifications that will matter most for your niche.

Ongoing Education

The travel industry changes constantly. Phoenix Voyages provides access to regular webinars, industry news, and supplier updates so you're always current.

Mentorship

New advisors are paired with experienced Phoenix Voyages mentors who can answer real-world questions and share practical insights that no training manual covers.

Familiarization Trips

FAM trips — subsidized trips to experience destinations, ships, and resorts firsthand — are one of the best perks of the job. Phoenix Voyages advisors have access to FAM opportunities through our supplier relationships and Travel Leaders Network membership.
